When God created the world, He did so to make a place for man to dwell so that He could have fellowship with him. He created something so that He could have something. He did not rearrange things already in existence, but rather He made something new. Our human tendency is to rearrange our lives in an effort to make time/room for something else, when God may be telling us to get rid of something altogether in order to “create” a place for Him.
